Book Early and Plan Around Your Handover
Book your moving cleaning as early as possible, especially if you have a fixed inspection or key handover date. Tell us when the home needs to be ready so we can plan the cleaning accordingly.
Send Us Any Cleaning Instructions
If your landlord or housing company has provided its own move-out cleaning instructions or checklist, send it to us when booking so we can take their requirements into account.

Empty the Home and Cupboards
Remove furniture, moving boxes, personal belongings and rubbish from the areas to be cleaned. Empty cupboards, drawers, wardrobes and shelves so their interior surfaces can be cleaned.

We recommend booking as soon as you know your moving, inspection or key handover date. Moving dates can fill up quickly around the end and beginning of the month, so booking ahead gives you more flexibility. If you need cleaning at short notice, send us a request anyway and we’ll check our availability.
That’s not a problem. Our €40/hour rate assumes suitable cleaning equipment and products are available in the home. If everything has already been moved out, we can bring a complete equipment and supply package for an additional €35. This includes a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, cleaning cloths, standard household-safe cleaning products and a step stool or small ladder where needed.

You don’t need to be at the property when the cleaning starts. We can arrange the key handover beforehand: you can meet the cleaner at the property, arrange a suitable key collection or hand over the keys at an agreed location. If you need help returning the keys after cleaning, let us know in advance so we can discuss what can be arranged.

The online estimate is based on €40/hour for actual hours worked. If you prefer a confirmed fixed price before cleaning day (recommended for larger homes or special add-ons), you can select a free on-site assessment visit (0 €) when booking. We will inspect the property beforehand and agree on a guaranteed fixed price.
Moving cleaning may qualify for the Finnish household tax deduction (kotitalousvähennys) when the applicable conditions are met. The Finnish Tax Administration includes cleaning of both your old and new home during a move as qualifying household work.
